P90X Day 6 - Kenpo Cardio

Well, it was certainly an entertaining workout. The warm-up was quite unlike the warm-ups in the other videos; it seemed yoga-ish and was fairly long. The workout itself was great, my heart rate was up in the 160's most of the time and I was sweating like a pig. Trying to coordinate the punches, jabs, uppercuts, kicks, blocks etc etc., was a laugh. I'm just glad my husband stayed upstairs, he didn't need to see me flailing about like a crazy person.

So I enjoyed myself, got a good workout, and the time seemed to fly by. I have high hopes that next time through I will be a little more coordinated.

So, one week down, 11 to go! I must say, I am enjoying the journey so far.
