P90X Day 4 - Yoga X

So that was an hour and a half of some of the more interesting yoga I've ever seen.
It seemed like 30mins of upward dog and downward dog mixed with various warrior poses.

I found it reasonably easy to coordinate because I'm familiar with a lot of the movements from various yoga classes. The tough part was the sheer length of the video and the non-existant breaks. My quads were screaming by the 5 billionth runner's stretch.

I thought it was a great routine. My sore muscles feel quite happily stretched and I have high hopes that the soreness from the previous days will be gone tomorrow.
