Another great video. I must say, this whole program is so much better than the 30DS. I think I'll get a lot more out of it.
This video alternates between bicep, tricep, and shoulder exercises - mostly using weights, but the chair gets involved as well. I impressed myself by keeping up with the video for the most part - apparently I chose the correct weights - 5lb & 8lb for the most part. It was a good workout and my arms are thoroughly exhausted.
I really don't have much more to say at this point.
Edit: oh yes, I did the Ab Ripper today as well. I still failed to correctly perform most of the exercises. But it was still good for an extra 15mins of grimacing.
