So I don't think I've done anything remotely active since last Sunday. Possible too much information, but not only did I get my period and the general back-pain that comes with, but I also contracted a wicked cold from my husband.
Urg.
So I have basically been laying around miserable for a week and just trying to get through work. Sleep is my friend.
Unfortunately I'm pretty sure this means I'll have to repeat week 5. Sucks because I was psyched up to do that first 20min consecutive run on the 9th, but seeing as I could hardly breathe or swallow, I didn't.
Hopefully next week treats me kinder.
